Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return for most items within 15 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  1.  Item is unused and in its original condition
  2.  Original packaging, tags, and accessories are included
  3.  Proof of purchase is provided (order number or receipt)
Non-returnable items (for hygiene or safety reasons):
  1. Perishable goods
  2. Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, skincare)
  3. Intimate apparel
  4. Customized or personalized products

Return Process

1. Submit a Return Request

Contact us at [contact@womenshub.pk] or through your account’s order page.

2.Receive Return Authorization

We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

3.Inspection & Refund

Once received, we inspect your return within 3–5 business days and issue a refund if approved.

4. Return Shipping Fees

All other returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless stated otherwise.

5. Refund Method

  1. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method:
  2. Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days
  3. Easypaisa / jazzcash: 1–3 business days
  4. Store Credit (if chosen): Instantly after approval
  5. Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. If unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide photos of the issue and packaging.
  3. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order, as long as they haven’t been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible—please follow the return process instead.
