At WomensHub, we aim to deliver your beauty products quickly, safely, and smoothly. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how your orders are processed and shipped.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
During sales or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping & Delivery Time
WomensHub currently offers shipping only within Pakistan.
Standard Delivery (Pakistan)
Estimated Delivery Time: 2–5 business days
Remote or out-of-service areas may take 5–7 business days
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout depending on your city and order weight.
Free shipping promotions may apply during special offers.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
You can track your order using the courier’s tracking page.
5. Failed Delivery or Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-delivery charges may apply.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive damaged or incomplete products, inform us within 24–48 hours with parcel pictures or videos.
After review, we will arrange the appropriate solution.
7. Order Change or Cancellation
You may request changes or cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
