1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • During sales or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

WomensHub currently offers shipping only within Pakistan.

Standard Delivery (Pakistan)

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2–5 business days

  • Remote or out-of-service areas may take 5–7 business days

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout depending on your city and order weight.

  • Free shipping promotions may apply during special offers.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.

  • You can track your order using the courier’s tracking page.

5. Failed Delivery or Wrong Address

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order.

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-delivery charges may apply.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive damaged or incomplete products, inform us within 24–48 hours with parcel pictures or videos.

  • After review, we will arrange the appropriate solution.

7. Order Change or Cancellation

  • You may request changes or cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
